Key deliverables include procedural programming, database design, data quality assurance, data and process documentation, data procedures and end-to-end process management. This position offers an opportunity to jump start a product management career while working with cutting edge technologies and developing data products optimized for the challenges which analysts face at JPMC.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement data delivery solutions -- data design, ETL procedures, end-to-end data process management, and administering enterprise controls
  • Implement and manage analytical solutions in SAS and migrate them to Big data (HDFS, Cloudera) and Cloud (AWS) environments
  • Oversee partner engagement, prioritization and process management
  • Communicate data delivery solutions to functional partners across multiple levels of organization
  • Oversee data management process - including design, documentation, maintenance, enhancements and validation
  • Align deliverables with enterprise data solutions and infrastructure controls
Qualifications:
  • The candidate should have 8+ years of data management and / or programming experience
  • Hands on SAS experience
  • Preferred candidate would have a Master?s degree (Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or Sciences) and working experience in financial industry
  • Hands-on experience in engineering data solutions
  • Tangible experience with data publishing to support business strategy and tactical implementation
  • Proficient with data management, reporting and analytical methods
  • Thorough understanding of relational database and data management solutions
  • Technical understanding of data extraction, transformation and load processing
