Job Description

The Cybersecurity and Technology Controls (CTC) organization sits within Global Technology at JP Morgan Chase and sets the cybersecurity and technology controls strategy for the firm. It provides firmwide cyber capabilities and enables our business and technology partners to protect the firm from cyber attacks and incidents. As the cyber and business environments continue to evolve, CTC as an organization is also transforming how we attract, develop, engage, include, and retain talent.Recognizing the magnitude of this opportunity and its global reach, CTC is expanding its Talent and Workforce Development (T&WD) team to include a representative in our Asia Pacific (APAC) region. T&WD is responsible for building and driving CTC?s workforce strategy across the full employee lifecycle, to include talent management, learning and development, career growth and mobility, performance management, and organizational design. Our employees are staffed across 40+ locations across the globe, to include 10+ in APAC.Sitting within the broader People, Leadership, & Culture (PLC) team, T&WD?s mission is To ensure that CTC is a rewarding and motivating place for our employees to develop their skills, grow their careers, and have a meaningful impact.   • Drive the T&WD strategy for the growth, development, and integration of the CTC workforce, aligned with our firmwide talent, operating model, and HR strategies
  • Work with the other PLC teams (Leadership Excellence, Digital Strategy & Engagement, Community Engagement) to build and deliver high-impact programs that drive our mission
  • Partner with Human Resources, Business Management, Global Technology Talent Development, Recruiting, and DEI to implement programs that strongly align with our business partners? goals and success
  • Evolve our career growth opportunities and advancement paths across the globe, including learning, mobility, and performance dimensions
  • Drive the T&WD strategy, inclusion, and equity across APAC, ensuring alignment with and adaptation of global approaches, as needed
  • Leverage empirical and qualitative data to measure success and impact

  • Outstanding organization and project management skills with the ability to independently manage the delivery of high-quality, on-time programs in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills with an ability to manage multiple workstreams in an efficient and effective manner
  • Experience and proven proficiency delivering executive-level presentations
  • Masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or closely related field
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a HR consulting or talent management role strategizing and implementing organizational and/or talent management solutions
We also prefer the following qualifications:
  • PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or closely related field
  • Experience in consulting / coaching senior leadership and expertise in change management and strategic communication
  • Vendor management, project management experience strongly desired.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices
