Information about JPMorgan Chase & Co. is available at www.jpmorganchase.com.Team Lead/Analyst within Party Reference Data is responsible for timely and accurate completion of reference static data setup and maintenance across various LOBs and locations in Party Central application. Below are the responsibilities of the Team Lead/Analyst.Responsibilities Include:

  • To perform the QA review of the Party Reference data within the applications.
  • To manage the calibration calls with the Operation teams.
  • To ensure that all static / reference data is accurately maintained on the system by performing quality checks.
  • Publish daily/weekly/monthly metrics and KPIs to PRD Senior Management
  • Ensuring all SOP documents are up to date and changes if any are incorporated in timely manner
  • SME for all the business processes managed by QA team
  • Ensure the procedural guidelines are followed & supporting documentation validated prior to action
  • Proactively resolve open issues and escalations, keeping management in the loop
  • Liaising and partnering with business partners in a prompt and effective manner.
  • Maintain MIS report as required.
  • Maintain accurate volumes
  • Ensure QA practices are in compliance with relevant risk standards, policies and regulations to maintain an effective control environment.
  • Effectively listen to issues and assess the underlying client need in order to provide a resolution in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications & Competencies required for the role:
  • Bachelor?s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial services organization
  • Strong interpersonal relationship building skills
  • Experience with MS Excel, MS SharePoint, Business Objects
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Must be a great team player with a high degree of flexibility, prepared to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Quality Assurance team & Knowledge of working with reference data is a plus
  • Flexible to work in any shifts
