  • Able to create and modify procedures to solve complex issues.
  • Seen as a subject matter expert within functional area.
  • Participates in negotiation and collaboration.
  • Utilizes creative thinking and innovative approaches involving multiple technologies.
  • Supports initiatives that focus on meeting and growing business needs.
  • Monitors service performance to SLAs and ensures organizational and leadership visibility of SLA performance and problem areas.
  • Manages support exceptions/escalations and where appropriate, creates new or refines existing business processes.
  • Possesses knowledge to plan and manage service deliveries for standard and customized IT solutions and processes to satisfy customer and business requirements.
What You Know
  • A minimum 5+ years of strong Business Analyst experience is required.
  • Should be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to take tech-speak and translate for non-technical audience.
  • Familiar with Agile environment and working within Service Level Management environment.
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong writing ability.
Education
  • CS degree or equivalent experience
