These solutions should follow software development best practices and governance including sound design, well-written code with appropriate documentation, testing, and maintaining new and existing solutions in accordance with HSBC standards. The Analyst Intelligent Automation is responsible for developing solutions to help automate and digitalise business processes across different journeys in an agile environment.What you?ll do:

  • Engaging stakeholders to understand their digital and automation needs. Assist to perform opportunity assessment and Proof of Concept for new use cases.
  • Translate business requirements into future state processes, high level solution design and documentations required across HSBC governance.
  • Assist to formulate digital project business case, present the project and solution design in governance meetings with the support of Digital & Automation Delivery Manager
  • End-to-End implementation of digital and automation solutions with Power Platform capabilities, such as Power Apps, Power Automate/ Power Automate Desktop, Power BI, etc.
  • Proceed and follow-up required approvals in accordance with HSBC standards.
  • Perform code reviews in accordance with design principles and best practices.
  • Assist to provide training in Citizen Development Programme.
