We focus on developing our leaders to spearhead our culture and growth, so youll be supported and mentored to deliver the right plans to drive business performance - and well celebrate the results with you along the way.About the roleReckitt is currently embarking a major HR transformation program including deployment of a new service delivery model using technology enablers like ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors.ÿ Assistant Manager HR Operations role is a newly created role and is an integral part of the Global HR Shared Services Organisation to drive transition of services, operation, and continuous improvement within Rewards and Benefits Operations Globally.Your responsibilities

  • Reckitt is currently embarking a major HR transformation program including d Manage transactional services of end-to-end Rewards & Benefits processes.
  • Refine and deliver operational process improvement on a continuous basis
  • Support the implementation of HR systems and participate in the global project to develop new functionality
  • Support key deliverables for the annual pay increase, benchmarking, pay range revision and bonus processes
  • Collaborate with IT and Reward COE to enable a seamless design implementation and workflow management during the entire cycle.
  • Partner with key stakeholders globally to support/create seamless improvements across the Rewards & Benefits process specially on the pay review, APP, benchmarking, stock purchase and LTI programs globally.
  • Actively participate in the transition of key projects impacting global HR Operations
  • Build/Manage a highly capable team of experienced professionals through training and development and effective change management.
The experience were looking for
  • HR qualification or related degree. ? Mention a particular degree like 3 years bachelor degree/ PG/ Diploma
  • Excellent Microsoft applications knowledge (Excel; Word; PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in Success Factor and Service NOW usage
  • Minimum 7+ years of working experience in REWARD Shared Services.
