  • Be an approachable and supportive team member with a collaborative attitude within a demanding, maturing Agile environment
  • Influence and champion new ideas and methods
  • Handle and manage alert monitoring consoles and incident ticket queue using ticketing too
  • Excellent planning, organization skills, including tracking and following up on actions
  • Action weekly housekeeping changes e.g., IPL?s, roleswaps
  • Action Change Activity e.g., Stopping/restarting subsystems, job recycles, service resiliency and releasing implementer jobs
  • Regularly demonstrate these qualities - drive, motivation, determination, dedication, resiliency, honesty and enthusiasm
