Job Description

JPMorgan Chase has undertaken an aggressive goal to become the leader for Business Banking in the United States. To achieve this, we are investing heavily in digital and technology infrastructure to transform how we service our customers.The Business Banking Lending Product team is seeking a customer experience champion with strong technical skills to partner with both business stakeholders and engineering teams to research, design and execute upon the BB Lending Roadmap. You will play an integral role in ensuring that projects run on time, within budget and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architecture. This will involve managing complex initiatives and designing features that address the needs of clients and modernize our platforms.The role will support the following key components:

  • Translate Lending vision into requirements, partnering closely with product owners and engineering teams from solutioning through to implementation
  • Develop expert knowledge in business processes and systems in Lending, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines
  • Analyze impact of proposed solutions on platforms across Lending, Business Banking, Risk and Controls
  • Identify, assess, and document project artifacts and business requirements
  • Recommend business priorities and advise partners on options and risks of various solutions
  • Monitor business project delivery lifecycles for initiatives and identify potential issues and gaps
  • Oversee quality control across team initiatives to verify content across business requirements
  • Define expected requirements for handoff to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams
  • Develop go-to-market approach
  • Lead business and technology stakeholders through New Product Architecture journey to create best-in-class product
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree required, technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) preferred
  • 5+ year experience in analytical or technical capacity (Technology, Business Analysis, Product Development, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PitchPro
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to partner across various disciplines and levels of technical knowledge
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
  • Ability to quickly gain an understanding of Business Banking and its priorities while working in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to work in an environment of strong risk and controls
