Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Java Enterprise Edition.- Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, providing guidance and support as needed.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of applications, including working with developers, testers, and project managers.- Ensure that applications are developed and deployed in accordance with best practices and industry standards, including maintaining code quality and ensuring that applications are secure and scalable.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Java Enterprise Edition development, and apply this knowledge to improve the quality and efficiency of application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Java Enterprise Edition development.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.- Experience in leading the development and deployment of applications.- Strong understanding of software development best practices and industry standards.- Experience with Agile development methodologies.- Experience with database technologies such as Oracle and MySQL.
