Provide training instruction/assessments for Welders, Pipefitters & Metal Fabricators within classroom and workshop environments.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the workshops/classrooms.
Create technical training programs according to organizational requirements and requests from prospective clients.
Review blueprints, develop test banks, cutting metal into the appropriate shape and smoothing molten metal to remove creases.
Determine course content according to objectives.
Arrange and conduct on-site training when needed.
Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
Participate in curriculum development and revision. This includes course materials such as manuals, computer-based training, audio visual, and other training aids, and instructors guides.
