Job Description

We are looking for a skilled BMS Technician to join our team in Hofuf, Saudi Arabia. The BMS Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Building Management Systems (BMS) in commercial and residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems and control systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. The BMS Technician will work closely with other technicians and engineers to ensure the smooth operation of the BMS systems.Responsibilities:

  1. Install, configure, and program BMS systems in accordance with project specifications.
  2. Perform routine maintenance and repair of BMS systems, including troubleshooting issues and replacing faulty components.
  3. Monitor the performance of BMS systems and make adjustments as necessary to optimize energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
  4. Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to diagnose and resolve complex BMS system issues.
  5. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on BMS systems.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BMS technology.
  7. Provide training and technical support to end-users of BMS systems.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of BMS systems.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
  3. Experience working with various BMS software and protocols, such as BACnet and Modbus.
  4. Good understanding of electrical systems and wiring diagrams.
  5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  9. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
