Job Description

Objectives;To lead the technical team and responsible for the smooth running of the technical support service provided by Smart Lighting Company.˙This includes ensuring all processes and procedures are continually followed, updated, and enhanced day-to-day and as the business continues to grow and develop.˙To ensure the quality and the accuracy of the technical products.Key Responsibilities;

  • Create processes to be followed by the team and that any necessary or recommended changes.
  • Guide the team to prepare technical and financial offers, technical submittals and lighting designs through technical supervision
  • Implement methodologies to support the sales team to gain new projects and potential clients, manage customer perceptions, and build strong internal relationships.
  • Manage the technical queries from clients and ensure all such queries and handled in line with Service Level Agreements.
  • Continuous search to get new suppliers with high-quality products,
  • Manage all supporting administration and documentation ensuring it is accurate and timely. Ensuring all client system information and technical notes are logged onto the ticketing system along with also technician reports.
  • Work on data sheets compliance and products approval with consultants
  • Lead the business development strategy on both products and suppliers and putting the criteria for each selection
  • Manage the daily tasks between his team members and get the best from them
  • Know critical information about the products and prepared for learning more technical information˙
  • Working with the R&D team for improving the company products portfolio.˙
  • Employee training and technical sessions.
  • Cooperating with logistics team and inventory team on receiving orders and handling safety stock
