JOB Duties:

Taking the responsibility of the recruitment process for engineering department.
Screening resumes and ensure that candidates meet the needed criteria, then schedule interviews.
Designing competency matrixes.
Attending interviews - prepare and fill the interview evaluation sheets.
Keeping records of all resumes data and interviewing process.
Implementing and Updating the Policy and Procedures
Conducting the job analysis and job descriptions.
Creating and updating Organizational Charts.
Responsible for Performance Appraisals
Filing CVs and employees data
Sending Job Offers, issue HR Letters
