The incumbent shall carry out the following duties as a minimum requirement of the position.?Performance assessment shall be carried out based on the responsibilities detailed herein.?He/she is responsible to:??Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships. ??Develop and maintain an increased level of sales income, both among existing and new customers based on the handed list on schools.??Carry out promotional and marketing activities in line with the targets and schedule provided by the Sales & Marketing Manager.??Promote all products carried by ILB wholesale and retail operations (i.e. ELT, General Titles)..??Identifying and exploring the possibility of new products from existing or new suppliers in order to meet customer requirements.??Tracking and supporting the customer through all aspects of product sales (i.e. inquiry, quotation, order, delivery, invoicing and collection of accounts due).??Developing and maintaining a comprehensive record (e.g. computer database) of all contacts, negotiations, inquiries, responses, orders, etc. between ILB and individual customers / schools within the assigned territories.??Coordinating Customer Service activities within assigned territory to ensure that all orders, inquiries, quotations and orders are properly coordinated and processed, from receipt of inquiry to delivery of books and payment by the customer according to the published schools list.??Follows up directly with the Head Office Customer Service and Purchasing departments as required to complete orders.??Consolidating regional sales activity reports and producing routine and specialized reports such as weekly and monthly summaries, collection summaries, regional briefings, to be submitted to the Deputy Managing Director on a regular basis .??Develop and implement a marketing strategy, develop relationships with key Clients. ??Monitor and report on competitor activities.??Work remotely while traveling by ground or air transportation may include overnight stays depending on logistics.??Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and product exhibitions.
