Responsible and accountable for benchmark and forecast (Real Estate Sector).
Work to understand competitors and industry best practices on products and services offering and compare it to the ones offered at the company.
Prepare quarterly reports that illustrate to the management / investors the progress of the projects and investments performance analyses in order to make business decisions via the investment committee.
