5+ years? experience in Business Analysis and solution architecture of TelecomBSSsolutionsand other related services.
Bachelors and/or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field
Strong telecom experience specially inBSSbilling, Charging, OSS, CRM, IOT, Order Management, and other related fields
Excellent knowledge of various Telecom services flows Prepaid/Postpaid/Fixed, business process journeys and KPIs
Good understanding of IT architecture, technologies and practices i.e. Digital transformation, microservices, integration frameworks, DevOps, Cloud native applications, and Telecom Enterprise Architecture best practices
Design end-to-end ITsolutionsfor projects, integrating multiple systems, ensuring that designs adhere to design standards and telecom ranked best practices as Tm Forum
Communicate with customers relevant stakeholders directly, analyzing the business requirements to be aligned with the customer vision
Providing the link between the customer, development team, and any third-party entity regarding system/software functionality throughout the development lifecycle
Telecom communication protocols, networking is preferred
