Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
Authorizing technical drawings received from technical engineers.
Making the engineering work plan on site with site members.
Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to team members and clients.
Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Monitoring daily progress as per as the daily action plan.
Reporting to top management about the work progress and shortages if existed.
Maintaining HSE rules and regulations.
Putting plans for emergency situations to avoid any delay.
Submitting all documents to the sites document controller for documentations.
Handling daily survey for used quantities and materials and submit to the procurement manager.
Keeping sites measurements, layout and action plans updated according to work process conditions.
