Job Description

  • Validation of supplier invoices and park them for posting
  • Reviewing and posting vendor invoices to process payments
  • Performing periodic vendor reconciliation and record pending invoices
  • Following for good receipt status & finalize vendor approved invoices
  • Following for vendor down payments status
  • Reviewing and post petty cash expenses sheets and process payment to petty cash holders
  • Reviewing and post business trip expenses sheets
  • Performing monthly closing activities for accounts payable
  • Preparation of monthly tax file return
