A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) head is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a companys CRM strategy and operations. This includes managing and implementing CRM software and platforms, developing and tracking customer engagement and retention strategies, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.The job description:˙1. Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to improve customer satisfaction and maximize customer lifetime value.2.
