IT Purchasing CoordinatorQualifications :•Proven work experience of 1-3 years in Kuwait as IT Procurement Executive/ Purchase Coordinator.•Should have good knowledge of all IT Electronic products including gadgets, mobile phones, laptops etc.•Prepare Purchase Orders for requested items.•Liaise with other departments and logistics to ensure the workflow is smooth.•Coordinate and follow-up with suppliers on the orders, pending orders and delivery of items.•Follow-up with suppliers for the pending invoices for payment.•Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.•Procure items not in stock if required.•Support Assistant Manager and Manager in contacting suppliers to get the catalogues/samples for our product or for other requirements.•Should have excellent oral & written communication skills.•Only Open to applicants residing in Kuwait (transferable visa)•Male candidates preferred.•Open to Immediate joiners only📍 Location : Hawally
