Job Description

The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for the development of proposals (in Arabic and English) to respond to RFPs provided by Client. The candidate is expected to have 10 years of experience in proposal preparation for an A/E Consultant and have hands on experience and knowledge on the design process and bid life cycle. Responsibilities will also include:

  • Review of RFP.
  • Prepare Synopsis of the RFP to support Director of Development and Proposals Manager to decide on Go - No GO.
  • Prepare Story board for review by Proposals Manager.
  • Capture all elements that needs to be priced (Prepare Checklist)
  • Identify requirements of Specialist Consultants and obtain quotes and coordinate.
  • Prepare Technical Proposal.
  • Coordinate Printing & Delivery (Logistics of submission).
  • Post Submission queries, clarification and presentation.
  • Proposal handover documents to Operations.
