Responsible for the daily operation in the store- Manage the store manpower planning and arrangement
Monitoring the daily sales and managing sales teams to increase the sales turnover to meet the pre-determined sales target
Create and maintain a shopping environment and deliver a shopping experience to customers in keeping with the brand strategy.
Ensure a high standard of customer service within the store
Counseling coaching, training and motivating the sales staff
Maintain good staff relation in order to generate a high level of morale and enthusiasm
Have retail management or assistant management experience
Have a solid understanding of wages, profit & loss figures, & roster budgets Have experience in all aspects of stock control
