To conduct installations and servicing of our product
To become fully conversant with all aspects of automatic door installations, product service & maintenance
Conduct site surveys to advise the customer the requirements for automatic door installation
Perform installations in a safe manner
Commission automatic doors and where required train end users
Root cause and resolve problems during service visits
Follow service schedules during regular maintenance
Work individually or as part of the team to fulfil the requirements of service and installation
Fill out job report sheets daily
Provide good customer service as a representative of the company
Maintain the company car and tools in good order to ensure their safe and continued use
