Job Description

Required Experience

  • Build + configure gaming PCs
  • Servicing gaming PCs (and maintenance)
  • Software installation + upgrading (Windows, other software)
  • Online + physical stores operations
  • Accommodate Customer Orders (receive, build and follow up)
  • Follow up with delivery
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Manage company PC technicians
  • Other related roles and duties that are assigned
Salary
  • Starting at 350 KWD (monthly - can be higher salary depends on experience level + meeting specific conditions)
  • Sales Commissions (discussed in job interview)
  • Annual bonus (regular % bonus + performance based bonus)
