Job Description

Job Summary:Oversee and manage the corporate graphics function of Paces business as well as to ensure the integrity of Pace brand across all internal and external outputs. The Senior Graphic Designer works within the Development Department of Pace and will manage a team of minimum three (3) staff.  Responsibilities:

  • Ensure and manage corporate branding and implementation across the business  
  • Maintain digital portfolio and project specific materials library
  • Refine outputs of company proposals, qualifications and pre-qualification documents
  • Draft, refine/edit corporate brochures, newsletter and other company internal and external communication as well as design its graphic and page lay out ensuring conformity with company branding policy
  • Manage the creation of corporate collateral, policies and interactive forms Corporate newsletter design 
  • Collateral, policies and interactive forms 
  • Support internal communications dissemination
  • Manage company website design and updates
  • Manage intranet design and development strategy 
  • Corporate templates, presentations, newsletter, etc. 
  • Refine architectural reports and presentations 
  • Liaise with external print companies  
  • Supervise and quality check companys printing needs. 
  • Prioritize  stakeholders requests across the business 
  • Ensure consistent brand implementation and application 
  • Lead corporate graphics team effectively  
  • Manage multiple outputs across a range of channels 
  • Enhance the work of marketing , business development and proposal teams 
  • Manage all graphic design tasks, refine projects and drafts content, and generate creative graphic design ideas.
  • Review and refine artwork for quality, content, color correctness and accuracy and makes necessary adjustments
  • Update and maintain design and brand standards throughout all collateral, including the brand and style guides
