Responsibilities / Duties:

Promote the sale of MHD?s products (Traction, Stationary / Stand-Power Batteries and Chargers)
Conduct market surveys from time to time to keep abreast of new start-ups, market trends and competitors? activities
Develop new customers in assigned territory / territories
Maintain and foster good relations with the company?s existing customers if and when required to do so
Promote the MHD?s products through telemarketing
If and when required, assist in the MHD stores (Inventory checks, etc)
Perform administrative functions of the department including but not limited to invoicing, Delivery Orders, quotes, work orders, receipts and issues
Perform battery inspections, sizing exercises, training of customer personnel in basic care and maintenance of batteries
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and be actively involved in monthly collections
To adhere to the company?s policies and procedures including but not limited to appropriate codes of conduct, QMS and EMS guidelines
Any other duties assigned by the Manager ? MHD.
