Job Objective : Responsible for all sales activities in assigned area. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.Duties and responsibilities :??Present and sell company product/service to current and potential clients?? Prepare action plans and schedule to identify specific targets and to project the number of orders to be made?? Provide excellent customer service: follows up with customer after receipt of their order; verifies customer satisfaction and resolves any concerns?? Follow up on the inventory on daily basis?? Stay update on the marketing activities: promotions, credit notes?.?? Maintain the contract completed between the management and the clients.?? Manage account services, collection and due dates through quality checks and other follow-up?? Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of clients satisfaction?? Prepare a daily report, including activity, follow-up, and give feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
