Observe and Inspect the Contractor?s construction activities.
Receive works, report discrepancies and propose solutions
Issue orders to the Contractor to correct any activities, work, materials and/or equipment which are not in compliance with the Contract.
Review all fabrication/shop/working/as-built drawings, design proposals, method statements, material submissions, any requests for information
Evaluate, verify and resolve any cost issues with the contractors (e.g. time extensions, change order requests, variations etc.)
Prepare, check and submit project closeout documents that include O&M manuals, as-built drawings and warranties
Generally supervise, review, monitor and report on progress
