Job Description

AU is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated candidate to join its growing team in theÿStudent Affairs department at the level of Officer. The successful candidate shall support the daily operations of the department.Job Responsibilitiesÿ(includes but not limited to):

  • Provides comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Provides high level of administrative and clerical support to the unit, department or function.
  • Undertakes special projects to meet the objectives of the function.
  • Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up on issues in a timely manner.
  • Collect and prepare background documents for various tasks.
  • Provide full range of student affairs support to students by responding to their inquiries and requests for information and assistance in person.
  • Follow current AU policies and be able to interpret and pass on these policies to parents and students.
  • Monitor students attendance.
  • Assist and respond to all students non-academic concerns/inquires and direct them to their assigned departments.
  • Support new student orientations.
