Job Description

AU is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated candidate to join its growing team in the College of Business Department in the level of Officer. The successful candidate shall support the team of faculty members to provide a broad range of quality administrative support services thus ensuring a smooth workflow of the office and assist students.Job Responsibilities(includes but not limited to):

  • Provides comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Provides high level of administrative and clerical support to the unit, department or function.
  • Undertakes special projects to meet the objectives of the department.
  • Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up on issues in a timely manner.
  • Collect and prepare background documents for various tasks.
  • Act as a first point of contact for the department and provide a high level of client service to AU students.
  • Responsible for the administrative preparation of each semester including but not limited to the following:
  • Updated and accurate students lists (new, existing and repeaters).
  • Students and faculty timetables.
  • Contact students, when necessary, for various reasons including but not limited to timetables changes, late registration, low attendance, census date of registration withdrawal etc.
