Assesses and evaluates the health, nutritional and developmental status of the students and staff.
Interprets medical and developmental information to staff and parents? counsel parents relative to medical needs and aspects of the program.
Recommends modification for education programs related to the health status of students.
Implements Kuwait State law and mandates as they relate to student health and welfare needs. This will include but not limit to Pandemic Covid-19 and other contagions.
Participates in child/adult abuse reporting and training; acts as a liaison with medical providers, the public health department, and other services agencies in the community as needed.
Provides cardiopulmonary resuscitation training (CPR) and health-related in-service training for employees.
Writes reports and maintains health records according to State law/mandates and SCOE practices.
