- Fill up the weekly report and forward copies to the Field Sales Manager, Sales Team Leaders and Market Manager.- Follow up on the action plans generated from the weekly report.- Prepare & update regularly through sales Team Leaders, routing & call cycles of his merchandisers.- Coordinate with Product specialists all in-door programs and participate in identifying best floor displays, gondolas and shelf blocks.- Weekly Field training to all merchandising team and monitoring.- Participate in preparing the shelf spaces in the yearly contract.- Prepare Time sheets & monthly incentive for all his employees.- Collect and share the competitor activity report
