Develop software solutions through analyzing requirements and information received by Business stakeholders.
Actively participate in solution design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas in a teamwork environment.
Performs software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using, .Net, Python and SharePoint Online
Implementation of SharePoint-based forms and workflows
Support all aspects of Autodesk BIM360, ACC and other Architecture Engineering Construction (AEC) information repositories.
Support software from Autodesk, Bentley, CSI and other sources, such as ESRI and employ related technical protocols and standards.
Support EDMS software and Archiving platforms used in Pace such as ACC Build, Aconex, PMweb and FileNet
Clearly and regularly communicate with Business unites representatives to explore new changes and requirements.
Regularly testing and maintaining software products and deployments to ensure they are functioning optimally.

Training and Development

Recommend improvements to existing software solutions as necessary.
Participate in business requirements analysis and business process re-engineering.
Participate in systems requirements analysis and code reviews.
Participate in the innovation, incubation, and iteration of Platforms.
Train users and other developers in the conversion and implementation of systems
Create knowledge base articles and maintain a correct technical standard.
Present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals.
Ensure that Health, Safety, Sustainability and Continual Improvement is embedded into all work practices.
Maintain a high level of competency of software through continued use and training.

Project Management

Manage Software Projects including planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
