Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Kuwait. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, managing stock movements, and conducting regular stocktaking. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update inventory records using computerized systems or manual logs
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and supplies
  • Manage stock movements, including issuing and returning items
  • Perform regular stocktaking and reconciliation to identify discrepancies
  • Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock
  • Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and stock discrepancies
  • Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan inventory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures
  • Assist in the implementation of inventory control initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
