Job Description

F & B group, based on Kuwait, is seeking Executive Chef to join our team and prepare delicious meals for our customers.Chef responsibilities include the complete handling/management of a trendy Mediterranean style restaurant, from menu creation to training, coordinating, monitoring and leading kitchen staff to inventory and stock control. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations. If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, we?d like to meet you.Ultimately, you?ll prepare and deliver a complete menu that delights our guests.Requirements:

  • Male between the ages of 25 - 45 years old.
  • Preferably nationality Australia, Poland, Cyprus, Spain, Greece, Indonesia & Brazil.
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hospitality / Culinary.
  • Certification in Health and Safety, and Food Hygiene.
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in F&B/Restaurant.
  • Minimum of 5 years? experience in a management/supervisory role.
  • Extensive experience in Mediterranean/Casual Dining Cuisine.
Responsibilities:
  • Complete handling/management of the restaurant, from menu creation to training, coordinating, monitoring and leading kitchen staff to inventory and stock control.
  • Continuous menu adaptation is key.
