Job Description

The Cafe Shop Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a cafe, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. This position requires a blend of managerial skills, customer service expertise, and a passion for the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. With a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, the Cafe Shop Manager will be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing the overall customer experience.Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food and beverages.
  2. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
  3. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  7. Prepare financial reports, including sales forecasts and budget management.
  8. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure quality of products.
  9. Plan and execute special events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
  10. Evaluate and analyze cafe performance, making recommendations for improvements.
