Job Description

Job Summary:Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) to join our team. The ABA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members.The ideal candidate should have experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the function of challenging behavior.
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on the results of the functional behavior assessment.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and other staff members.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as educators and healthcare providers, to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment planning.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress, including data collection and analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
