Participate and assist the finance manager in formulation of the finance department strategy.
Assist the finance manager in the current financial operation practices and procedures.
Within the finance department, liaise with the inspectors and external auditors, coordinate their activities, and assist the finance manager to review their findings and reports to enhance the internal controls of the company.
Contribute to the preparation of the department annual plan budget and monitor performance.
Support on cash disbursement activities. Verify cheques payments related to payroll, fixed assts, expenses and investment verification with budget as per the approved budget and management approvals.
Prepare periodic financial reports based on accounting and according to the IFRS and IAS.
Prepare periodic management reports based in accounting data and on a timely and accurate basis.
Assist the finance manager in the coordination between the company and its external auditors for resolving issues, providing required support for successful resolution of issues and for timely receipt of auditors? reports.
Conduct all needed preparation of quarterly consolidated financial statement with accuracy of financial information and compliance with IFRS and IAS and report any variances to finance manager.
Assist the finance manager in preparing accurate and timely reports in compliance with regulations.
Data entry for all the JV?s, PV?s and RV?s
Following bank position on daily basis and make the necessary required reconciliation.
