This role is primarily oriented towards British Nationals.Position Overview: The Agriculture Greenhouse Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing tasks performed by farm workers, ensuring adherence to established time frames set by farm management, and upholding the highest standards of agricultural practices. The role also entails supervising the farm crew in executing various tasks essential for the cultivation of superior quality fruits and vegetables.Key Responsibilities:•Work closely with and supervise the farm crew to ensure efficient task execution.•Enforce optimal farming and safety protocols at all times.•Operate basic farm equipment proficiently.•Maintain control over the operational processes, from production to harvesting, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of work quality.•Facilitate effective communication with management through the submission of comprehensive daily reports.•Collaborate on the training and development of personnel in all agriculture techniques.•Efficiently manage task timelines to maximize productivity.Basic Techniques Required:•Proficiency in planting, pruning, thinning, spraying, mowing, harvesting, packing, and processing various fruits and vegetables.•Competence in operating basic farm equipment.•Fluent in English language.Candidates meeting the aforementioned criteria are encouraged to apply.
