Quest Search and Selection is partnering with this multi-brand retail business that prides itself with working with some of the largest, premium branded & own label Fashion, Home, Beauty retailers in the UK and international.You will be part of the wider digital marketing team to assist the Head of SEO with the strategy and management and optimisation of the SEO channels and be responsible for building and optimising the site performance and leading a team.Key responsibilities for this Senior SEO Manager position -Strategy, performance and execution of SEO for a multi-brand businessManaging a growing in-house SEO team You will be responsible for managing the website and increasing organic traffic and revenue by way of information architecture improvements, content management, and SEO techniques.Experience with keyword research and strategy, daily optimisation, test plan construction, and in-depth analysisYou will be data-driven and performance mindedMake & implement recommendations to improve SEO channel performance and rankings.Delivering the SEO technical roadmap Relationship management - owning and cultivating internal team and external supplier relationships Team management - line management of an enthusiastic and talented team!To be successful in this Senior SEO Manager position -Must have experience from an eCommerce trading / agency or online retailer background.You have leadership and team management experience and the hunger and desire to grow your team. Working knowledge of link building using various techniques. Owning SEO responsibilities at a site that derives its revenue through consumer traffic Have used tools such as PI-datametrics / SEMRush for insight and is familiar with Botify / ScreamingFrog to identify issuesExperienced in creating and presenting campaign reports including ROI and conversion rates This will suit someone who can provides vision and clear direction to inspire individuals and engages the team to deliver excellence.
