1- Prepare target list for contacting by phone using the Internet, directories, contacts, and other sources of information.2- Follow developed cold selling strategy, cold sell using the phone aiming at identifying prospects who could benefit from company solutions3- Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems4- Carry out continuous updating and maintaining of an effective database for clients and prospects5- Develop and close opportunities with new accounts6- Gather market information including competitor activity, and report to management on a weekly basis7- Generating leads for technology, hardware, and software solutions8- Evaluating and filtering directories to build the base of the needed contact that can help on reaching the targeted customers
