Drawing and modifying the boundaries of Routs and Channel
Distributing customers on Routs according to the coordinates, address or region, and Create their Journey Plans (Sales Buzz)
Follow up and update the structure of Salesmen and supervisors according to each Routs, Channel and branch
Identifying The overlap areas between branches and Channel
Classification of customers according to the type of activity and also sales,
Reviewing customer data and matching it with (Sales Buzz & Oracle) systems.
Follow up on customer visits and update addresses and coordinates, through visit reports & Market visit
Follow up GPS reports and compare them with visits
Identifying of Top wholesale customers and their overlap with other Channels
Create reports on the Hand Held program, such as reading the Stock, making a requests for updating data
Training the new Salesmen or supervisors by visiting the branch?for any new reports that are created
Monthly task report with time line (Direct Manager: Sales Technology Manager)
