Assurance on the implementation of curing method and ensure that the said method is in accordance with the established procedures.
Preparation and maintenance of quality control reports and records
Inspection of all precast units upon delivery and installation.
To conduct quality control inspection of the precast units before, during and after casting operation
To oversee demolding and stripping of cast element ensuring that the required lifting strength is met
Quality inspection surveillance to site and raise an NCR or Quality observation whichever is applicable if there are quality issues onsite. Conduct an investigation for any NCRs and submit the report to Quality Manager for review prior to issuance to relevant party.
Responsible for Precast and Architectural quality inspection, material verification and quality documentation
