Participates in setting the annual production plans in conjunction with Sales, Marketing and Exporting Department to meet the targeted sales and satisfy the market needs.
Develops the Master Production Schedule (MPS) of goods based on availability of materials, finished goods coverage & available capacities.
Plan and schedule workflow for each Production department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead time.
Analyses exporting proposals to determine possible delivery dates, and create process orders for export orders.
Prepares Production Monthly Planand develops production schedules using machines loading programsconsidering top products priority.
Creates Process orders and coordinates with production departments to develop production schedules (Market, Export, Tender, Samples, Repack).
Executes, prepares, and maintains detailed reports throughout manufacturing cycle.
Feedback any capacity constraints into the planning & sales orders processes.
Implements & maintains products forecasts on the system.
Proposing production plans for new products.
Participates in developing ready for sale report.
Assists in maintaining documents control (ISO documents) & SOPS.
