Job Description

About the Job:The holder of this position will be accountable for managing industrial performance agenda and activities from operations prospective. This position is directly reporting to the COO and will be managing directly and indirectly the industrial performance functions (central and sites) teams. The jobholder will be the supply projects management member of the management team?s investment and growth committee.Key accountabilities

  • Accountable for setting the industrial performance functions (central and sites) structure, frame of work, strategies, policies and procedures, roles and responsibilities to achieve the company strategic growth plans from industrial performance prospective.
  • Managing his direct team of central industrial performance function and functionally the manufacturing sites industrial performance teams.
  • Accountable for managing the industrial performance agenda for the manufacturing sites including but not limited to nominal production lines capacities and performance , standard labor allocation and optimization projects and sites activity initiatives agenda.
  • Accountable for developing the company consolidated annual activity initiatives agenda according to the company strategic and growth plans.
  • Accountable for evaluating, approving and supervising the execution of industrial performance related improvement projects.
  • Acting as project manager for consolidating, reporting and updating the management teams on the status of the pipeline activity initiatives.
  • Working with the operations functions heads on streaming and consolidating the operations? needs to achieve the company?s annual operating and growth plans.
  • Accountable for setting the manufacturing sites industrial performance related OPEX targets and following up on operational spend with the sites teams.
  • Contributing with the other operations functions in evaluating the introduction of new equipment, lines extensions and assets upgrades from industrial performance prospective.
  • Acting as the operations point of contact with sales the commercial teams on evaluating new commercial related projects and managing the execution of approved projects with the different operations functions.
Key deliverables:
  • Develop Group industrial performance functions (Central and sites) sustainable, maintained and capable organization structure with related job descriptions and framework.
  • Evaluate industrial performance teams? capabilities and managing teams? performance management.
  • Develop annual group operations OPEX Plan.
  • Develop and manage the operations OPEX Execution plans.
  • Setting industrial performance related OPEX targets for manufacturing sites.
  • Develop and managing the execution of the industrial performance and activity initiatives annual calendar.
