úÿParticipate in developing sector business plans and suggest business development.úÿManage all existing sector accounts and supervise implementation of plans and provide final deliverables in accordance with ?Editor? standards and quality.úÿReview all proposals and quotations in liaison with other functions especially finance.úÿDevelop sector plans ensuring to achieve the company?s annual goals.úÿHunt for new business opportunities within the sector.úÿPlan and implement all sector accounts agreements. Supervise and distribute work amongst team members.úÿResponsible for all client communications on all management levels to ensure full client care and support and handle all complaints.úÿHandle a number of accounts according to the size of services needed. Provide plans and implementation, conduct meetings, deliver presentations and prepare proposals.úÿMaintain best use of company resources in a cost and time-efficient manner.úÿEnsure achievement of profitability ratios and manage services in cost effective manner.úÿManage potential clients and prepare plans of approach according to clients? needs analysis.úÿEnsure delivery of weekly status reports, present it to management, discuss it with clients, and update accordingly.úÿCoach staff members; participate in performance evaluation and fix areas of improvement.úÿFollow-up receivables and report in case of problems.úÿParticipate in media training for clients and present development ideas for the program.úÿHandle crisis management and supervise its team and actions. Present daily status reports including suggestions to quickly resolve the crisis followed to by a final report.úÿWork with team members and Media Relations department to maintain strong and positive media relations; ensure the maximum positive coverage for the clients.úÿEnsure monitoring reports are issued in time accordance.úÿSupervise and follow-up implementation of events.úÿEnsure providing a comprehensive brief to Editorial to deliver a successful press release as agreed with clients? requests / requirements.úÿProvide a quarterly activities report including achievement of business sector objectives.
