Job Description

  1. Operate and promote safe working on site
  2. Implement Company requirements and legal regulations, paying specific attention to HSE legislation and quality˙
  3. Carry out and record site inspections˙
  4. Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements˙
  5. Conduct and amend risk assessments and deliver toolbox talks/briefings˙
  6. Ensure the completion of works on time and within budget
  7. Ensure site operatives complete all required documentation
  8. Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
  9. Produce schedules and monitor attendance of employees.
  10. Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
  11. Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
  12. Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
