Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.
Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
Collect, process, and document all merchandise received and paid for, assisting with inventory activities as necessary
Maintain stock levels by checking stock on hand against sales reports
Perform stock related duties like returning, packing, labelling and pricing goods
Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
Cross-verify the monthly report at the end of each month
Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the stores area of operation.�
Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.�
Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.�
Complete requisition forms�for�inventory and supplies.�
Ensure store requisition form is signed by the person collecting the goods and enter into the Inventory/Materials Management System.�
Troubleshoot any vendor delivery issues and oversee/follow up on the return process
Extend all requisitions on a daily basis and update the inventory management software/system.�
