Job Description

Giantech Engineering, a global marine engineering company, is looking for a capable service coordinator with background or understanding of engineering/marine industry to join its team! Whats the Job?

  • Support and process service request of marine engineering work, following-up for order confirmation with customers on job requirements & schedule.
  • Coordinate jobs with inhouse engineers (e.g. responding to service request, submitting of service reports, etc). Oversee all travel arrangements for overseas deployment.
  • Capturing, monitoring/follow-up and updating of all relevant customer?s information using Hubspot.
  • Support Admin task assignment by management
  • Prefer with Marine industry background.
