Job Description

A brand-new role within a growing organization. You will need to be degree educated and have worked in a senior operational role for at least 10 years.?This role reports directly into the CEO, so requires someone who is used to communicating at a senior level. You should be able to implement new processes and streamline current ones to ensure a smarter working environment.?Description:?

  • Make important policy, planning and strategy decisions in consultation with the CEO
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
  • Assist and oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
  • Ensure all operations on the grounds are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
  • Organize and directly oversee workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
  • Plans, organizes, assigns, and supervises the work of several diversified personnel within the organization
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
  • Other tasks deemed appropriate by the CEO
